What to Expect

Over the course of two days & three nights in the California desert - at one of the most stunning air bnb’s we’ve ever come across - you’ll join a small group of photographers for an intentionally curated creative experience. Together we’ll photograph four fully designed editorials: two couples and two bridal concepts — each inspired by the light, texture, and sculptural landscapes of Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.

Beyond the shoots themselves, the retreat is designed to give you space to slow down, connect with other creatives, and create meaningful work in an elevated environment. From sunrise desert scenes, to relaxed poolside moments, to a nice evening dinner in DT Palm Springs, every element of this retreat is crafted to feel luxurious, inspiring, relaxing, and creatively energizing to give you an amazing overall experience.

We’ll spend three nights at a private luxury Air bnb with panoramic desert views of Joshua Tree - 8 rooms w/ king beds - giving you plenty of privacy and time to slow down, enjoy the scene, and connect with the group between shoots.

❋ Intimate Shooting Groups

Sessions will begin as a group effort, then break off into smaller groups of 3 or 4 towards the end, allowing space to create thoughtfully.

❋ Designer Wardrobe + Upscale Details

With Designer dress and elevated details and flat lay, every scene is curated to create refined, editorial level imagery. We plan to have several pairs of shoes, rings, and other items at your availability throughout the whole stay.

Attendees can expect a fully curated 8 seat tablescape and sculptural floral installations with our desert bridal couple, designed to feel natural, textural and visually striking.

1). Sun & Stone — Bridal Editorial

Inspired by the sculptural desert landscapes of Joshua Tree, this concept leans into a moodier, editorial interpretation of modern bridal. Flowing designer silhouettes, warm neutral textures, and dramatic natural backdrops that feel both refined and visually striking. With an emphasis on form, movement, and contrast, the scene is designed to highlight the raw beauty of the desert while producing bold, artful photographs that feel intimate, elevated, and timeless.

2). Match Point — Styled Couples Concept

A playful yet elevated take on classic tennis culture, this concept brings a refined, fashion-forward energy to the court. Structured styling, clean athletic lines, and timeless sport elements create imagery that feels effortless, nostalgic, and editorially polished.

3). Poolside Edit — Styled Couples Concept

Set around the patio at our air bnb, this concept captures the quiet, intimate rhythm of a slow desert morning. Soft light, water reflections, and relaxed styling create an atmosphere that feels effortless and real. The focus moves between subtle moments and thoughtful details: jewelry catching the light, fabric in motion, the textures of water and sun — telling a story that feels both intimate and visually grasping.

4). Tropical Oasis - Solo Bridal

A soft, luminous bridal concept inspired by the elegance of coastal textures and warm desert light. Flowing fabrics, delicate jewelry, and iridescent shell details all working together for an atmosphere that feels refined and feminine. With an emphasis on light, movement, and intimate details, this scene focuses on the subtle beauty of bridal styling — layered textiles & organic elements — resulting in imagery ethereal, editorial, and effortlessly photos.
